St. John's Youth Group is for those of junior and senior high school age. The Youth Group is very active in the areas of Worship, Discussion, Outreach and Fellowship.

Worship  

St. John's Youth Group holds a contemporary worship service on Sunday at noon throughout the school year (August - May). The Youth Group Band provides the music for the service.

St. John's Youth Group regularly seeks to deepen their spiritual life through Christ-centered discussion of current events and life experiences.

The Youth Group also attends other worship services and Christian music concerts as an expression of their faith.

Outreach  
St. John's Youth Group is actively involved in Outreach. Each year they go on a mission trip to serve those less fortunate than themselves and to make new friends in Christ. Mission Trips have been to San Diego, Northern Arizona and San Francisco! The 2012 Mission Trip will be to Colorado.

Fellowship  
St. John's Youth Group enjoys many fun activities such as bowling, dodgeball, progressive swim parties, Christian music concerts, and more. Join us!

Upcoming Youth Group Events:

February 5th - Meet at church at 8 am for subs and Superbowl Sunday! Youth group will then have lunch after the 10:00 service and will do some super planning for our upcoming mission trip. We will be done by 1:30 so you can go home to your own Super Bowl Parties!!

February 13th- We are meeting at normal time 4 pm and looking at God and Love/Sadie Hawkins dance/party

February 19th- MILC at 4 taking a look at Mardi Gras

February 24-25th 30-hour famine! We will meet at church at 6 pm Friday and will be fasting with kids all across the country. This is a challenging and spiritually deepening experience for most and I hope everyone participates.

February 26th- NO YOUTH GROUP due to the FAMINE!!!
